RFC 4852 & 4853: Telephone Services - VoIP will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: UNL Cisco VoIP users will have their phones rebooted, functions like hold and transfer will be unavailable for 60 seconds, twice. Possible impact: An in progress call should not be dropped. ITS will be moving inbound phone trunks, and adding features during this time.
