RFC 4798: UNL Network Backbone will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: Some UNL City and East campus network (TCP/UDP) connections will drop briefly, connections from the datacenter to other campuses and to internet should be unaffected. UNL VPN connections will also be affected. ITS will be replacing border firewalls during this time.
