RFC 5440: TrueYou and Grouper will be unavailable during maintenance. Direct impact: TrueYou; self service account claim, password management, new account creation and NUID creation will be off line, authentications will not be impacted. Grouper will be in read only mode, down stream updates will be delayed during maintenance window. ITS will be upgrading the TrueYou and Grouper database during this time.
