Work to reestablish phone line connections to the other six buildings north of Vine Street is ongoing. Those buildings are the City Campus utility plant, Harper-Schramm-Smith Dining Center, Smith Hall, Harper Hall, Outdoor Adventures Center and the 14th and Avery parking garage.

Windstream reported that all phone lines should be repaired by the afternoon of July 11.
