RFC 4901: TrueYou Single Sign On will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: No impact is expected. Possible impact: Services using TrueYou Single Sign On, e.g. Firefly may not be able to authenticate for brief periods during maintenance. ITS will be updating SSO software during this time.
