ITS believes we have resolved the intermittent email issue that was discovered last night, but we will continue to monitor the situation. Due to this delay, we had to extend our maintenance window for this work one additional night. This evening between 6pm and 2am there will be brief periods of time when voicemail messages may not be able to be retrieved. Update
The work on the University voicemail system has been completed for tonight (3/20). We have however identified an intermittent issue for some Unified Messaging (voicemail to email) users. We are continuing to work to resolve this issue and will post an update by noon on Thursday (3/21). Updated by Mike Hansen.

RFC 5082: Voicemail will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: Voicemail retrieval will be limited for portions of the maintenance window. ITS will be upgrading the voicemail application the first evening and merging UNK voicemail into central voicemail system the second evening.
