All issues appear to have subsided, and all systems are performing as expected. We're continuing to monitor for any reoccurring problems.

Investigating
A problem with Canvas & Office 365 is under investigation. Technicians are investigating the issue. The problem appears to be isolated to replying to a Canvas notification using Outlook Web Access (OWA).
