Identified - The vendor has identified the cause of the issues and is taking steps to remediate impact to affected services. As a workaround some users affected by this issue may be able to open the affected shared mailboxes in the Outlook desktop client and mobile app.

Investigating - A problem with Microsoft 365 shared mailboxes is under investigation. Microsoft has informed us of a potential issue with users accessing shared mailboxes via outlook on the web and they are working on a solution. Users may see a 500 error of repeating redirects when trying to login to a shared mailbox.

Update - The vendors have identified a 900' span of fiber that is causing a degradation of light levels. This span goes through a building and the vendors are formulating a plan to replace it. No time to restoral is available.

Identified - At the University of Nebraska, the primary impact would be to IT staff. At this time, we have not observed or heard reports of NU users unable to access the Delinea Secret Server Cloud but performance could be impacted as the vendor continues their work.

Monitoring - A mitigation for UNL room signs is being implemented. Room signs rebooted properly this morning. This issue will remain in monitoring status until after the reboot tomorrow morning to ensure the mitigation is functioning.
