Update - We have worked throughout the day with the vendors to isolate the root cause. The fiber vendor has been re-engaged to investigate further.

Identified - Network Engineers have identified a redundant backbone link in the Omaha area as down and have engaged the vendor to restore the connection. All traffic automatically failed over to other links and there is no impact to end users.

MS365 Shared Mailbox Access Under Investigation

Investigating - A problem with Microsoft 365 shared mailboxes is under investigation. Microsoft has informed us of a potential issue with users accessing shared mailboxes via outlook on the web and they are working on a solution. Users may see a 500 error of repeating redirects when trying to login to a shared mailbox.

Network Backbone issue identified

Monitoring - Network Backbone between Lincoln and Omaha had a brief outage impacting data centers and Internet 2. All issues appear to have subsided, and all systems are performing as expected. We're continuing to monitor for any reoccurring problems.
