Direct impact: Approximately 50% of UNL & UNK Cisco VoIP users will have their phones rebooted by this process, functions like hold and transfer will be unavailable for 60 seconds. Possible impact: An in progress call should not be dropped. ITS will be upgrading VoIP servers during this time.

Monitoring - Duo has completed the migration to an alternative telephony provider has completed and phone call authentications are now completing successfully.

They will continue to monitor the issue and will post and updates when the incident is considered fully resolved.
