Monitoring - It appears Microsoft made a change to our outbound spam mail policy that has impacted all University of Nebraska O365 tenants. ITS checked notification logs in O365 and this change was not listed so seems unintended by Microsoft. ITS has since rolled the change back to allow for external forwarding however there was a period of time which emails were bouncing if they were auto-forwarded. All issues appear to have subsided, and all systems are performing as expected. We're continuing to monitor for any reoccurring problems.

Investigating - Potential problem with Microsoft 365 apps or services are under investigation. Microsoft 365 is currently reporting a potential wide spread outage of services. Thus far we have not had any reports however it does show the following service health report in all of our tenants. Technicians are investigating the issue.

Investigating - The University voicemail system is currently experiencing a partial service interruption. At this time callers are able to leave messages, but some users will experience trouble retrieving messages. Technicians are currently working to identify the cause of the issue and we will provide additional information as we are able to.

This service interruption effects users at the following locations: ENREC, HAL, NCTA, UNK, UNL, UNO, UNCA, WCREC

Identified - There is an issue with the hotel booking application within Concur: the system is not asking for a cost center number. This is a known issue and Fox World Travel is currently working toward a resolution. ITS has identified the cause of the issues and is taking steps to remediate impact to affected services.
