Update - The vendor has provided a workaround for this issue as the fix is continuing to roll out through affected systems.

"Please try turning off shared calendar improvements for affected users in the Outlook desktop client to bypass the issue. Once the fix is fully saturated, please turn shared calendar improvements back on for those users to avoid performance issues. Update - A Fix for this issue is currently being deployed by the vendor. We currently do not have an ETA on when that might be deployed to our systems. We will continue to monitor the roll out and provide updates as they become available.

Identified - Microsoft has identified a potential problem with Outlook Calendaring. Affected users may see general delegate calendar sync issues where updates and edits made for meetings may not be reflected on delegate calendars for up to several hours hours, after which an automatic sync applies the changes. When some users view affected meeting requests, the calendar view from the invite may display the following error: "We couldn't find this meeting in the calendar. It may have been moved or deleted." This issue is being reported by the vendor as a global issue meaning it could affect any of our campus email tenants.

ITS is monitoring the issue and will provide updates from the vendor as they become available.

Identified - A vendor hotfix was installed Friday (10/7) at 17:15 however we are still seeing the issue occur for users as of this morning (10/10).

As of now, some devices continue to intermittently drop their host name from DNS. This issue is only occurring on dynamically assigned addresses. ITS will continue to work with the vendor and provide an update once available.

Identified - ITS has identified an issue related to printers unable to access the network. ITS has worked with the vendor and will be installing a hotfix today at 17:15. This fix is expected to prevent this issue in the future. If you have a printer that is not connecting after Friday 20:00, please restart the printer to have it renew its DHCP lease.

Investigating - Potential problem with UNL VoIP telephone service is under investigation. There have been reports of some one-way audio issues with Cisco VoIP customers that receive inbound calls. Outside caller can hear UNL customer speaking, but UNL receiver cannot hear in-bound caller. Technicians are investigating the issue.

Identified - Users who are logging into Qualtrics for the very first time are unable to create a Qualtrics account.

ITS is monitoring the issue and will provide updates from the vendor as they become available.
