Investigating - Potential problem with VidGrid is under investigation. VidGrid support engineers are investigating. Recording and viewing in VidGrid is not affected. When attempting to search in Admin's own library, they are receiving server error messages. User's are not able to locate or view videos, unless they have the link already.

Monitoring - The Box Engineering Team took immediate action and has informed us that the reported issue should now be resolved. We have been notified that it could take logging out and back in for the message to be removed.

Investigating - We are receiving reports of users getting a message when logging into Box that we are out of or running out of seats. This has been reported to Box and currently is being considered a global issue as we have plenty of licenses available.

Investigating - Potential problem Centrex Long Distance Service on UNL Campus is under investigation. Windstream is currently experiencing intermittent problems with their long distance service. This affects Lincoln's Centrex, Nortel, and Avaya users. Cisco users are unaffected. Windstream technicians are currently working to resolve this issue.
