Investigating - A problem with the ITSM service (TeamDynamix / TDX) is under investigation. IT staff can load pages in the system but are unable to edit tickets at this time. Technicians are investigating the issue.

Identified - ITS is working with vendors on a patch. Workarounds for affected devices are reseating the ethernet cable each occurrence, bypassing the phone and directly connecting a device to a dedicated wall jack (data port), or using Wi-Fi instead if available. Please report this issue even if using a workaround, to help track the number of affected devices. Problem ID: 22785

Update - ITS is continuing to troubleshoot this issue with support teams from our network and telephony vendors.

Users connected to the campus network via a wired connection through a Cisco VoIP telephone's pass-through connection may experience connectivity issues. Current workarounds for affected devices are bypassing the phone and directly connecting a device to a dedicated wall jack (data port), or using Wi-Fi instead if available.

Sites with an outage include; West Central Research, Extension and Education Center, Ashfall Fossil Beds, Buffalo County Extension, Cedar Point Biological Station, Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture, Custer County Extension, Hall County County Extension, Haskell Ag Labs, Eastern Nebraska Research, Extension and Education Center, Red Willow County Extension, High Plains Ag Lab, Cheyenne County Extension, Valley County Extension, Dawson County Extension, Cass County Extension. Identified - ITS has identified a fiber cut in a third-party provider's connection as the cause of the issues, and steps are being taken to remediate impact to affected services. Most facilities on the Kearney, Lincoln, and Omaha campuses have at least limited connectivity at this time. Workarounds are currently being implemented to restore connectivity to some Outstate and Network Nebraska locations that remain offline at this time.
