OneDrive Sync under investigation
Investigating - A problem with OneDrive Sync is under investigation. This issue may affect any user opening SharePoint Online or OneDrive-hosted files in File Explorer while running the OneDrive sync client version 25.085.0504.0002.

Scheduled - RFC 111459: WAN connections from the backbone to Kansas City GPN will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: Services will experience increased latency to GPN and Internet2. Expected impacts include: ARDC/MARC will lose some connectivity; Athletics to VYVX will experience an outage; ESnet connection will be down; UNMC Cloud Connect to Internet2 will be down; Internet2 increased latency and reduced capacity . Possible impact: Reduced redundancy may cause issues. ITS will be be working with our vendor to upgrade transport lines during this time.

The outage is related to unplanned impacts from scheduled maintenance on the network backbone (RFC 111459 - https://status.nebraska.edu/incidents/7j5r5szl5ywh), which is being rolled back at this time.

ITSM TeamDynamix under investigation
Resolved - Due to a technical concern, TDX has decided to roll back the new version of the service for the US-based customers who received it this weekend. Systems are now operating as expected.

Update - At this time, only the technician interface for TDX appears to be affected. This is primarily used by IT staff.

The Client Portal, used by faculty, staff, students, and other end users, is still available and working as expected. Users will likely experience delays when submitting tickets, as IT staff are currently unable to access them.

Identified - ITS has identified the cause of the issues. Our ITSM vendor, TeamDynamix (TDX), has posted an issue on their Statuspage indicating, "We are actively investigating reports of performance degradation this morning. This seems to mostly affect the Work Management (Users: formerly TDNext) interface at this time." This appears to be affecting all TDX customers, not just the University of Nebraska.
