All issues appear to have subsided, and all systems are performing as expected. We're continuing to monitor for any reoccurring problems.

A problem with Duo multi-factor authentication is under investigation. Users are experiencing delays when authenticating, which is causing errors in some cases. Technicians are investigating the issue.
