Vendor has resumed upgrade processes and is moving along well. Expected completion morning of Wednesday, Jan 20

Our vendor has temporarily rolled back changes and the system is online. Tuesday and Wednesday 1/19 and 1/20 The system will be off line to continue the upgrade.
