Intermittent connectivity with Great Plains Communications circuits

Earlier today a network event occurred that has been impacting schools/sites connected to Network Nebraska via Great Plains Communications. We have seen multiple sites drop offline multiple times, as well as intermittent packet loss and slowness. We are waiting to hear back from the carrier as far as the full impact, cause, and remediation of the event. It is possible that further issues could occur, and that other sites connected via Great Plains Communications could see impact.
