RFC-12021: Chris Library and Mammel Hall will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: Network devices in Chris Library and Mammel Hall will need to reauthenticate. ITS will be dropping and reinitiate UBT tunnels on switches in Chris Library and Mammel Hall during this time.
