RFC 53639: Telephones in Lincoln and Kearney will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: All phones will reregister to their backup server and then reregister to their primary server. Each time the phone reregisters it will cause a short service interruption. ITS will be updating certificates on CallManagers during this time.
