RFC 139713: Network Nebraska, Norfolk and Scottsbluff routers will be unavailable during maintenance. Direct impact: Upgrading routers will impact for approximately a hour Panhandle Research, Extension and Education Center and various Network Nebraska sites. ITS will be upgrading router versions during this time.
