RFC-11627: City Campus network will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: No impact expected. Possible impact: Users may experience a brief (less than 5 second) network disruption as upgraded devices switch from active to standby during this upgrade procedure.. ITS will be upgrading core routers during this time.
