UNO Phone service under maintenance

RFC 262086: UNO Phone numbers will undergo maintenance. Direct impact: During the maintenance there is expected to be periods of time where inbound and outbound calling will not work. Possible impact: Any telephone calls to or from UNO phone numbers may fail during this maintenance window. ITS will be performing maintenance on the backend telephony infrastructure during this time.
