RFC-10706: Network Backbone will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: HCC and Internet 2 connections to Kansas City will be down, some I2 traffic will switch to alternate routes. Network capacity between Lincoln and Omaha sites will be reduced. Possible impact: Some services may have a connection drop as traffic shifts to redundant paths. ITS's vendor will be splicing fiber between Lincoln and Bellevue during this time.
