RFC-7707: TrueYou will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: TrueYou Self-Service functions like account claiming, password changes, forgot password, and ID lookup will have a brief interruption. This will also interrupt access to SailPoint API endpoints including registry and ChatBot. ITS will be enabling name suffix/generationQualifier in downstream services during this time.
