This change has been cancelled due to an unrelated networking issue that occurred in the Nebraska Hall data center. It will be rescheduled for a future date that is as yet undetermined.

RFC-11896: Nebraska Hall Data Center network will be unavailable during maintenance. Direct impact: Several services including NeBis and NeSIS will be impacted. Single Sign-On for TrueYou, CSC, Peru and UNL will be unavailable portions of the maintenance window. ITS will be updating route peering during this time.
