RFC 145920: TrueYou will be unavailable during maintenance. Direct impact: Users will be unable to use TrueYou Self Service features such as, forgot password, change password, account claim, account look ups, and Duo device management. Any services dependent on the Registry to create and search NUID's will be affected, including admissions. Upstream system of record updates will not be processed by SailPoint during this time frame. ITS will be upgrading the SailPoint version during this time.
