RFC 134535: Greater Nebraska Network SD-Wan will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: Users will experience two short outages as traffic is switched over from one VPNC to the other and then back again. ITS will be upgrading the VPN Concentrators for SD-Wan during this time.
