RFC 816: TrueYou will be unavailable during maintenance. Direct impact: Users will be unable to use Self Service features such as, forgot password, change password, account claim, account look ups, and Duo device management. Registry creation of NUIDs will be delayed. ITS will be upgrading the TrueYou application during this time.
