RFC-7092: Network Nebraska ESU 13 will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: ESU 13 schools will have a brief outage. Possible impact: Panhandle Research and Extension Center connections are not expected to be impacted. ITS will be replacing an interface module at Scottsbluff during this time.
