UNO Network - ASH & AH down time

RFC 97811: ASH & AH networks will be unavailable during maintenance. Direct impact: During the reboot the building (ASH 233/240 & AH 149) will be without wired and wireless connections for the duration of the outage. ITS will be updating switches during this time.
