RFC 856: MS365 will undergo maintenance. Direct impact: Shared Mailboxes be moving to delegated access. Possible impact: Users of mailboxes may need to re-add the shared account to their devices. ITS will be transitioning mailboxes to Shared mailboxes during this time.
