SailPoint down time

RFC 201409: SailPoint will be unavailable during maintenance. Direct impact: SailPoint will be down for a few minutes while deploying changes to the servers and SailPoint users will not be able to access the service at this time. Also, during the deployment, Self Service features like password updates will not work while servers are down. Additionally, SailPoint users may notice changes to the attribute names in the Identity Warehouse post-deployment. ITS will be upgrading SailPoint during this time.
