RFC-12935: Network Backbone through Scottsbluff will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: Impact should be limited to ESU13 - Potter/Dix and ESU13 - Banner County. Possible impact: All ESU13 sites and WNCC are all connected through Scottsbluff and may be impacted. Scottsbluff is a backup path for the network backbone. ITS's vendor will be updating power to the network closet during this time.
