RFC-12723: Lincoln Network Backbone will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: Some Greater Nebraska sites will have a brief outage. Possible impact: Some packet loss or connectivity issues are possible when traffic fails over to alternate connections. ITS will be rebooting router line cards during this time.
