RFC-11984: TrueYou self service will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: 5 to 10 minute downtime to SailPoint and TrueYou Self Service while deployment is running. This will prevent password updates, registry calls, account claiming, and all SailPoint functions. Possible impact: Downstream updates may be delay as new attributes are populated.
