All issues appear to have subsided, and all systems are performing as expected. We're continuing to monitor for any reoccurring problems.

Update
An emergency change, RFC-13219, is scheduled this evening. No direct user impact, admin access will be down during maintenance, beginning 17:15 this evening.

Identified
We are currently unable to add/modify/delete DNS records for the UNL.EDU domain as we are experiencing issues with propagating our internal DNS changes into external public DNS servers.
