RFC 100573: NeSIS services will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: No impact is expected. Possible impact: Users may see a 5 minute or so service outage as the transition is made but generally should be available again if the user retries within a couple of minutes. ITS will be moving all NeSIS services to a new load balancer during this time.
