TrueYou & Grouper (UNO) impaired service

RFC 113589: TrueYou & Grouper will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: No impact is expected. Possible impact: TrueYou & Grouper may be slow processing new appointments. ITS will be switching the term from spring to summer for UNO data during this time.
