EMS upgrade

Scheduled Maintenance Report for IT

Completed

Some EMS users have yet to migrate from the old environment to the new solution but the new platform is operating normally and working as expected. The old environment will be decommissioned as scheduled at the end of the month. RFC 82335: Hosted EMS desktop administrative application clients will migrate. Direct impact: EMS clients will migrate to Azure Virtual Desktop App Possible impact: Old environment may be unavailable before all users have migrated. ITS will be sending migration documentation.
