RFC 198982: Privileged Accounts will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: Users may experience some slightly increased latency for Remote Password Changing, Heartbeat, and user synchronizations if the engine performing the task is the one undergoing an upgrade. Said task will resume when the engine is back online or if the task is diverted to another engine for completion. ITS will be upgrading Privileged Accounts during this time.
