Phone service down time

Scheduled for Apr 16, 19:00 - 22:00 CDT

RFC 207244: Phone services will be unavailable during maintenance. Direct impact: Phones connected to the gateways we are updating will not be available why the gateways are rebooting. The reboot process could take up to 10 minutes. ITS will be updating phone gateways during this time.
