Last bounce was yesterday at 3:11pm CT and the circuit has been clean since. We are continuing to work with the carrier to determine the cause of this outage and will post further updates to Incident #130520. Please report any issues with connectivity to that ticket or to support@nebraska.edu.

Windstream has yet to provide any substantial updates, no time to restoral has been given. Last bounce was at 3:11pm CT.

Identified

Windstream identified the cause of the outage at 3:42pm CT, they identified a portion of their network between Omaha and Des Moines that is bouncing. No time to restoral has been given.

Investigating

Windstream internet started bouncing at 12:02pm CT today. Traffic has successfully failed over to redundant connections.
