Oracle Database impaired service

RFC 125657 & 125563: Oracle services will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: Users who connect through the connection managers will experience some downtime.. Possible impact: Users could see an interruption, or possible re-authentication. ITS will be upgrading connection managers and Exadata during this time.
