Network Backbone impaired service

RFC 112140: WAN connections in Lincoln and Omaha will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: No impact expected. Possible impact: Reduced redundancy may cause issues. ITS will be be working with our vendor to upgrade transport lines during this time.
