RFC-11098: Telephones in Lincoln will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: Phones will reboot, Users will not be able to log into the self care portal while this work is occurring, there will be periods of time where Jabber softphones will not be able to connect. ITS will be updating certificates during this time.
