RFC 101766: LPV network in DTC, Stadium, Devaney, Hawks Champions, PBA will be unavailable during maintenance. Direct impact: Users will experience ~15 minutes of downtime while switch stacks reboot and firmware is updated. ITS will be restarting switches to apply patches during this time.
