Monitoring
All issues appear to have subsided, and all systems are performing as expected. We're continuing to monitor for any reoccurring problems.

Investigating
A problem with the ITSM service (TeamDynamix / TDX) is under investigation. IT staff can load pages in the system but are unable to edit tickets at this time. Technicians are investigating the issue.
