RFC 200007: WAN will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: Network will be in simplex. Users may see a switch hit for any traffic destined to TPDC. Vendor will be performing fiber splicing on UNMC fiber that the University of Nebraska backbone rides between EAB and TierPoint.
